Enhanced KPIs Section for Improved Performance Management


We introduce a completely redesigned KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) section, built from the ground up to enhance the efficiency and clarity of your performance management processes. Experience an improved interface and powerful new functionalities — including the new Scoring and Boards sections and expanded Settings for deeper customization — all designed to provide a more intuitive and insightful way to track, manage, and understand performance metrics.

Multi-Language Employee Data Import Now Available


The import process now supports multiple languages, helping organizations maintain accurate and localized employee records.

HIRE

Enhanced Candidate Experience Surveys: Track Participation and Analyze Results 


We've expanded the functionality of Candidate Experience Surveys to give you deeper insights into your feedback-gathering efforts. You will find three key tabs: Details, Respondents, and Stats. The Details tab shows all your survey questions, the Respondents tab allows you to track who has participated in your surveys, and the Stats tab offers a comprehensive overview of the collected responses.

Other Enhancements

TIME OFF: Freeze Accruals


When calculating an employee's new time off accrual for a period, days that fall within a "frozen time off request" will now be excluded. This ensures employees do not accumulate leave during periods when their accruals are intentionally paused.

HIRE → Hiring: 

Introducing the "Rehired Candidate" Indicator


The hiring workflow now includes a new option to help HR and hiring managers identify returning employees, with this information visible in the Job Openings Analytics report.


Auto-fill Corporate Email


From now on, when hiring a candidate and simultaneously creating their employee profile, the Corporate Email field will be automatically filled in the respective field. 

EXPERIENCE

Surveys Update: My Surveys and All Surveys


The Surveys section now includes "My Surveys" and "All Surveys" for improved navigation. "My Surveys" shows user-created surveys, and "All Surveys" shows all surveys in the system.

Announcements/Surveys: Admin Edit Access for Surveys and Announcements


We've updated the Surveys section to ensure that users with the "Admin" role can now make necessary modifications even after a survey has been published.

Similarly, "Admin" users can now edit Announcements with an "Active" status.

TAKE TIME

Time Off: Simplified Leave Date Selection


The "Leave Dates" field in time off requests and reports has been updated. It now features a single, unified field for selecting start and end dates. 

EMPLOYEES/TAKE TIME

Enhanced Filtering: Working Week Template


The Employees and the Time Offs section filters have been expanded with a new option: "Working Week Template". You can now use this filter to view employees or time off records associated with specific working week templates.
