Here’s an overview of the surveys now available:

Employee Experience Survey: This survey gathers feedback on employees' overall experience and satisfaction with their work environment. It covers key areas such as company culture, leadership, growth opportunities, work-life balance, and job satisfaction.

Employee Engagement Survey: This survey focuses on measuring employee engagement levels, including their commitment, motivation, and enthusiasm towards their work and the organization.

Spark.work now offers department-based permissions, allowing users to view and manage employee data within their specific department. 

HIRE → Requisitions

Edit Requisitions Before Approval

Requestors can now edit the Position Details and Requisition Details sections of requisitions with New and  In Process statuses, before any approval action has been taken.

Faster Mobile Login with Google or Microsoft account:

You can now sign in to the Spark.work mobile app using either your Google or Microsoft account. Enjoy a faster and more convenient login experience.

Bug Fixes

This month, we have addressed the following client-reported bug:

✔ When exporting candidate data from Hire → Applications → Candidates, the Surveys sheet in the exported .xlsx file is missing data for one candidate.
