With this release, we are thrilled to announce the launch of the New Info Hub on your Homepage, designed to bring key information right to your fingertips! In addition to the Info Hub, this release includes improved tracking for pending onboarding and offboarding tasks, as well as time off requests, all now accessible from the Homepage. Alongside these new features, we've also implemented significant enhancements to improve your Time Off Approval Flows, refined various system configuration options (including KPIs).

The New Info Hub – Your Central Source for Company Information!
The Info Hub is your centralized repository for essential company documents and important links! Now, you can easily access policies, guidelines, forms, and external resources directly from a dedicated section on your Homepage.
Enhanced Tracking for Key Requests & Tasks
The Homepage now displays pending on/offboarding tasks and time off requests that need your attention.

Enhanced Time Off Approval Flows
We've enhanced Time Off Approval Flows! You can now define and link specific Time Off Types (e.g., paid vacation, sick leave) directly to your approval logic when creating new flows.
TIME OFFs
Automated Time Off Documentation
We've introduced a new "Generate Document" feature for approved Time Off requests. This allows you to quickly create official documents, directly from the Time Off Request page. The system will automatically pre-fill templates based on the type of Time Off, optimizing your HR processes. This functionality is controlled by a new "Generate Documents" action permission within User Roles settings.

Enhanced KPI Threshold Ranges Configuration and KPI Score Impact Control
We've refined the configuration of KPI Measurement Threshold Ranges (ensuring clear boundaries and consistent value inclusion). Additionally, we've introduced new controls for KPI Score Impact, with a "Limit Impact" option and "Multiplier" field that give you more precise control over how top performance contributes to the final KPI score, allowing you to cap the effect of outstanding results.
Expanded OKR Key Results Attachments Management
We've significantly expanded your capabilities for managing attachments within OKR Key Results. You can now delete existing attachments and upload new files from the same Key Result details sidebar.
