Redesigned Strategy and OKRs Sections for a Better Experience!
With the redesigned features, managers can now create and manage OKRs with greater ease, and team members can track progress towards objectives with improved clarity. The redesigned sections offer a more intuitive, visually engaging, and user-friendly experience, making it easier to define, track, and manage your company’s strategic initiatives and objectives.
- A More Comfortable and Easy-to-Use Interface – The new design ensures a seamless navigation experience, allowing users to define and track strategies and OKRs with minimal effort.
- Enhanced Visual Representation – The improved layout gives better clarity, making it easier to see objectives, key results, and strategic initiatives at a glance.
- Faster and More Efficient Workflow – Optimized performance and intuitive design speed up the process of creating, managing, and reviewing strategies and OKRs.
Enhanced Feedback Editing for Hiring Team
We've enhanced the feedback editing process to improve workflow efficiency for the hiring team. Here's what's new:
- Unlimited Editing for Recruiters: Recruiters assigned to the current recruitment process can now edit their provided feedback without restrictions.
- Time-Limited Editing for Associates: For other associates, the editing window for their feedback is limited to 1 hour after saving. Once this time frame has passed, the Edit Feedback button will no longer be available.
Introducing Visibility Controls for Branch Offices on work.am
We're giving you more control over your branch office visibility on work.am! Now, when adding a branch office through Settings → Company Structure → Branch Offices, you'll see a new Public toggle under Other Details. Enabling this toggle will make the branch office visible on work.am.
Automated Subject Line Generation for Meeting Scheduling
We've enhanced the meeting scheduling process by introducing automated subject line generation. The system will automatically populate the meeting subject line based on the selected email templates when scheduling meetings with candidates or associates.
Notes:
- Multiple Template Selection: The system will prioritize the subject line from the selected Candidate template if both Associate and Candidate email templates are selected.
- Manual Input: If you've manually entered a subject line for the meeting before selecting any email templates, the system will retain your custom subject line and not apply the automated suggestion.

KPIs Now on Mobile!
We're excited to announce the arrival of the KPIs section on our Mobile App!
Now, you can easily access and monitor your key performance indicators directly from your phone. View detailed information about each KPI within the corresponding Details section, keeping you informed and empowered wherever you are.
You can access the KPIs section from both the Home screen and My Profile on the Mobile App.
