We are thrilled to unveil the new Reviews section within the Perform module, a vital component for enhancing organizational performance. Alongside this significant update, we introduce a series of updates designed to enhance your hiring workflow. These updates include Multiple Hiring Managers' Support, an Enhanced Candidate Hiring Process,  Improved Requisition Coverage, and Improved Search Functionality for Efficient Candidate Management. Also, we've enhanced Employee Search and Filtering to simplify adding employees to time offs, positions, and other relevant sections. Explore the details of these enhancements below👇.

PERFORM

Introducing the Reviews Section: Simplify Performance Management and Foster Growth


The Reviews section is designed to optimize your performance review processes, enhance accountability, and promote continuous feedback—key factors that support employee growth and organizational development. This section includes several intuitive subsections: Cycles, My Pending, Managerial Questions, and Settings, each tailored to enhance the review experience.


With this powerful tool, you can:

  • Create and track review cycles to ensure timely performance evaluations.
  • Review and monitor the status of reviews and deadlines in the My Pending section for better task management.
  • Create templates (Managerial Questions) used to build reviews assessing managers and providing feedback on their performance.
  • Customize your review process by following the 9-Box Matrix framework to structure performance and potential evaluations, aligning them with your strategic goals.

HIRE

Multiple Hiring Managers Support


We've enhanced the hiring process by enabling the assignment of multiple Hiring Managers to requisitions, applications, and job openings. By assigning various Hiring Managers, you can make more informed decisions, improve candidate experience, and hire top talent.

With this improvement you can now:

  • Assign multiple Hiring Managers to a single requisition, application, or job opening;
  • View the names of all assigned Hiring Managers in the Hiring Team section of the Requisition page, Application page, and Job Opening page.

Enhanced Candidate Hiring Process


To improve the hiring process for candidates without existing employee profiles, we've introduced several enhancements:

  • Hire Confirmation Popup:
The Hire Confirmation popup now includes fields to capture essential details such as Position, Branch Office, Department, Hired
  • Hired Stage Profile Details:
The Profile Details section has been added to the Hired stage, where you can view the employee's basic information: Hire Date, Position, Branch Office, and Department - directly from the Hire Confirmation popup.

Improved Requisition Coverage


We've introduced a new Covered By field in the Covered section for Hired employees. This update allows you to select a recently hired candidate to cover for the requisition. The system will display the candidates with a Hired record in the relevant Candidate dropdown menu.

Enhanced Search Functionality for Efficient Candidate Management



To improve the efficiency of candidate search and retrieval, we made it possible to search by phone number and personal email address. This enhancement is now available in various sections of the platform: Applicants Page, Job Opening Page, and Recruitment Pipeline Page.

GENERAL

Enhanced Employee Search and Filtering


We've simplified adding employees to time offs, positions, and other relevant sections, introducing a new filtering option: Employee Groups. This enhancement lets you quickly find and select employees based on their group membership, whether custom or dynamic. For example, you can add a report to or reporter to an employee's profile by filtering employees based on their group membership from the positions tab.

Bug Fixes

This month, we addressed a critical bug that prevented users from editing or terminating employee records. The issue was causing an incorrect "Editing Rejected" error message to appear, even for employees without assigned approval flows.


WE → Employee Profile → End of Employment


✔ The system incorrectly identifies the employee as an approver in various
approval flows, preventing the necessary status changes (Position and Employee status) and button visibility updates (End of Employment button remains visible).
