Working with Integration Message Templates
As you might already know Spark.work allows you to integrate your workspace with third-party services such as Google Calendar and Gmail, Teams, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft AI, etc. These integrations are essential, especially when conducting recruitment within Spark, to send emails, invitations, and more. For such purposes, you will need to specify integration message templates.
To create an integration messages template, perform these steps:
- Navigate to Settings ⚙ and go to the Integrations → Message Templates section.
- Click the + Add button.
- Specify the following fields:
- Template Name is the respective field.
- Choose the Recipients.
- And finally specify the Subject of your template.
- Start composing the email body text.
You can enable a different editing experience by enabling the Google Editor toggle.
- You can also use Variables in the templates, such as:
- Sender: Sender Name, Sender Last Name.
- Employee: Associate Names.
- Candidate: Candidate name, Candidate Last Name, Candidate Name Surname URЛ, Position.
- Once you finish the template creation process, click:
Save: Save your work, stay on the page.
Save & Close: Save your work and exit the page.

Note:
- You can delete a template if it has not been used yet.
- You can archive a message template you no longer need, and restore it at any time using the corresponding icons.
