Working with Key Properties

In this article, we are going to dig deeper into the fundamental properties that shape an organization's culture and are used while configuring the entire company profile starting from basic settings, such as the list of countries available in the company profile to different properties used in the approval flows.

To start working with those properties, perform the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Settings ⚙ and go to the Customization Key Properties section.
  2. Choose which property type you would like to edit.
    • Note: You cannot edit the system offered options.
  3. Click the + Add button to create a new property:
    • To edit the existing property click on it and make the needed adjustments.
    • To delete the property click on the Bin 🗑️ icon.
  4. Once the property is added or updated, click the Cancel or Save button to discard or save the changes accordingly.
