• Jobs: This page caters to job seekers by offering a comprehensive job board with opportunities across various industries and locations. Once applicants find a suitable job opening, they can easily apply directly through Work.am, simplifying application journey.
• Companies: This page allows companies like yours to post job openings and potentially attract qualified candidates by showcasing company profiles open vacancies.
• Pricing: This page outlines the different subscription plans to choose access features like posting jobs and managing applications.

If your organization already uses Spark.work, you can access the Work.am platform by logging in as a company. If you haven't experienced Spark.work yet (Work.am is powered by Spark.Work), simply sign up for an account to unlock the full potential of Work.am and its recruitment solutions.

Work.am offers a user-friendly interface across the entire platform. 

Here are key elements:

• Jobs, Companies, and Pricing Tabs: These tabs allow users to navigate to specific sections of the platform.
• Language Dropdown Menu: The menu with three options (Russian, Armenian, English) allows users to switch between languages for their convenience.
• Login Button: Existing users can log in to their account using this button. It also provides options to log in as a Job Seeker or as a Company representative.
• Sign-Up Button: New users can create a fresh account by clicking this button.

Work.am's Jobs page is designed to help companies post jobs and reach a wide pool of qualified candidates, while job seekers can discover exciting opportunities, apply and track their applications seamlessly. With its user-friendly interface and available search features, applicants can easily discover a wide range of positions that match their skills and interests.

Key Features of the Jobs Page:

• Search Bar: Located at the top of the homepage, the search bar allows you to search for specific jobs, companies, or keywords to refine your browsing experience.
• Filters: The Jobs page offers a set of filters on the left side of the page to refine your search results:
  • Location: Narrow down your search to specific cities or regions.
  • Contract Type: Choose between temporary, permanent or any others.
  • Job Industry: Filter jobs based on specific industries.
  • Job Category: Search for positions within particular job categories (e.g., Consultant, Engineer).
  • Company: Find job openings from specific companies.
• Featured Companies: Discover highlighted companies and their job postings clicking the relevant companies cards.
• All Results: View all available job openings that match your search criteria.
• See All Companies: Click to see a list of all the companies that have posted job openings on the platform.
  

Companies Page

The Companies page on Work.am is your gateway to exploring leading organizations in Armenia and worldwide. Here, you'll find a curated list of companies actively seeking talented professionals.

Key Features of the Companies Page:

• Search Functionality: Use the search bar to find the specific companies.
• Company Listings: Explore a comprehensive directory of organizations.
• Click the View Job Openings link to reveal all available job openings from that specific company.

• Filters: Apply filters to narrow down your search and find companies that match your specific criteria.

• Location: Filter companies by city or region.
• Company Industry: Filter companies based on their industry sector.

Profile Information

Clicking on a company's name on Work.am opens up a detailed profile page, offering valuable insights into your potential employer.

Key Features:

• Company Overview: Learn about the company's mission, vision, and core values.
• Company Details: Access essential contact information, website links, social media handles. 
• Company Branches: Discover the company's locations and global presence.
• Job Openings: Explore a list of available positions, including detailed job descriptions and application instructions. 
• If there are no job openings posted, the Job Openings card will not be displayed.
• Company Location: See main office location.

The applicants can easily apply for any job that interests them and save it. It can be done from the Jobs and Companies pages. Only the signed in users can save the selected jobs, otherwise they'll be prompted to sign in first.

How to Apply for the Job Opening

To apply for the job, the applicant should:

1. Select the position,
2. Click on the Apply for this Job button,
3. Fill out the Application Form,
4. And, finally, click the Submit Application button.

To save the job opening, the applicants need to click on the job name and then click the Save icon 💾 to revisit it later.

1. Visit the Work.am website,
2. Click the Login button in the top right corner of the homepage,
3. Choose the As a Job Seeker option from the drop-down menu,
• In the opened login page choose the social login buttons:

• Access with Google
• Access with LinkedIn
• Access with Facebook

Spark.work Login for Companies

1. Visit the Work.am website,
2. Click the Login button in the top right corner of the homepage,
3. Choose As a Company option from the drop-down menu,
4. You'll be directed to Spark.Work login page where you need to enter your company's profile URL. After entering the URL, you'll be prompted to enter your account's login credentials (email address and password).

Spark.work Sign Up

If you are not a Spark.work user, you can sign up to create your Spark.work account to access Work.am:

1. Visit the Work.am website,
2. Click the Company Sign-up button in the top right corner of the homepage,
3. Fill out the form to sign up,
