Introducing Appraisal Insights
What’s New
We’ve launched Appraisal Insights - a dedicated analytics dashboard within the Appraisal module, bringing key appraisal data and insights together in one place.
The Impact
A clearer view of appraisal outcomes to support more informed decisions.

• Leaderboard Widget on Homepage: Track top contributors and recent awards as soon as you open the app.
• Awards & Badges in Services: Explore active nominations and view past winners. Depending on your permissions, this is also where you can vote for nominees or grant direct awards.
• Badges in Profiles: View earned badges and award details on your own profile as well as on your teammates' profiles.

• Full Access to Awards: Users can now manage, vote for, and present awards directly from their mobile devices without relying on the web app.

Other Enhancements

Time Off Eligibility Rules

• Administrators can define rules to control which employees are eligible for a Time Off type based on their Time Off usage, balances, or employee details. They can also choose whether to hide the type from employees or show it but make it unavailable for requests when requirements aren't met.

• No manual assignment needed: Rules apply automatically based on employee profile data, eliminating the need to configure permissions for each team member individually.

New "View All Applicants" Permission & "My Applicants" View

•  "View All Applicants" Permission: A new permission allows you to control applicant visibility per role, giving you the flexibility to grant access to the entire talent pool or restrict users strictly to their assigned applicants.
• Dedicated "My Applicants" Tab: A new tab on the Applicants list automatically filters and displays only the applicant records where you are assigned as a recruiter, manager, interviewer, or creator.

• Simpler Applicant Management: Users can focus on their assigned applicants while administrators control who can view all applicant records.

Clear Identification of Terminated Initiative Owners & Contributors

• Clear Status: Terminated owners and contributors are clearly identified with a disabled avatar and name, along with the Terminated status.
• Warning Banner: A system banner alerts you when an initiative has an inactive owner, so you can quickly reassign ownership.
• Instant Notifications: Initiative creators are notified when an initiative owner is terminated.

• Support Continuity: Helps keep initiatives actively managed when owners or contributors leave the company.

BUG FIXES

• Requisition incorrectly displays a hired external candidate as Internal after Job Opening is closed with Hired reason.

• Offboarding sequential task is activated, and notification is sent before the previous task is completed

• Candidate profile export fails for users with Export Applicant/Candidate Data permission
• Incorrect Requisitions Displayed in Candidate Profiles.
