We are proud to introduce three major updates to our platform: the MBO section within the Perform module, the new Evaluate module, and Recognition on mobile!
These updates strengthen how organizations set goals, evaluate performance, and recognize employee contributions across the platform.

MBO: Strategic Objective Management


What's New

We've introduced a new MBO section within the Perform module, providing organizations with a structured framework for managing objectives throughout their lifecycle, including:
  • Higher-Quality Objectives: Built-in SMART guidance that ensures objectives are clear, measurable, and actionable.
  • Approval-Based Lifecycle: A workflow that manages the full lifecycle of an objective - from creation, updates, and approval to completion.
  • Progress Check-ins: A simple check-in process that keeps goals up to date and allows managers to track progress in real time.
  • KPI & Task-Linked Objectives: The ability to connect objectives with KPIs and operational tasks for a clearer view of overall performance.

      Evaluate: Appraisal Management

      What’s New
      Evaluate introduces a new Appraisal Management experience that gives organizations a complete framework for managing employee performance evaluations.
      The Appraisal framework introduces several key capabilities:

      • Multi-Dimensional Scoring: Evaluates employee performance using four core dimensions: Position Fit, 360 Review, KPI Score, and Value Engagement.
      • Qualitative Performance Insights: Provides evaluators with qualitative insights through initiatives, OKRs, received feedback, recognition, and 1-on-1s to support more informed performance evaluations.
      • Comprehensive Appraisal Settings: Provides administrators with full control to configure performance categories, decision points, and assessment points, ensuring the evaluation process aligns with organizational standards.
      • Group-Based Appraisal Management: Enables the creation of appraisal groups with common evaluation settings, ensuring a consistent appraisal process across teams or employee categories.
      • Manager Experience (My Team): Allows managers to evaluate their direct reports in a structured way using scores, OKRs, initiatives, and 1-on-1 insights, bringing full performance context to feedback and review.

      Other Enhancements

      Reviews: Relocated to Evaluate

      What's New
      • The "Reviews" section has been moved from the "Grow" module to the new "Evaluate" module.

        Impact
        • Better organization: All review tools are now grouped in the "Evaluate" module, making it easier to manage all evaluation processes in one place.

          BUG FIXES

          This release includes one customer-reported issue fix.
          • Sender Name is not displayed in On/Offboarding emails.
