My Dashboard: Accessing Your Completed Surveys and Responses
In your personal My Dashboard section, you'll find surveys assigned to you as a respondent. Here, you can track the status of your assigned surveys, including those you've successfully submitted and those with expired deadlines.
At the top of the dashboard, you'll find quick summaries:
Active: Displays the total number of surveys where you are assigned as a respondent, and you have not yet responded. These surveys are currently awaiting your feedback.
Submitted: This displays the total number of surveys you have completed and submitted.
Missed: This indicates the total number of surveys where the deadline has passed, and you did not submit a response.
Upcoming Surveys: This section lists surveys that have been assigned to you but have not yet reached their start date or whose deadline is still in the future. This is just to let you know which surveys will need your attention soon.
The dashboard presents each survey as an individual card, providing essential at-a-glance information:
- Survey Title: Identifies each survey.
- Status: Indicates the current state of the survey for you (e.g., Posted, Finished).
- Number of Questions: Shows the length of each survey.
- Estimated Time: Provides an approximate duration in minutes to complete the survey.
Managing Your Surveys
Pending Survey Notification: If you have surveys awaiting your response, a highlighted message will appear above the survey cards: "You have pending surveys awaiting your response. Share your feedback now!"
Accessing Submitted Responses: A View Responses button is available on the cards representing surveys you have already completed and submitted. Clicking this button allows you to review your previously provided answers.
Initiating Active Surveys: For active surveys awaiting your response, a Start Survey button is available on the card. Clicking this button will redirect you to the survey form to begin answering the questions.
Identifying Missed Surveys: Surveys for which the deadline has passed and you have not submitted a response are marked with a red warning icon on the card.
