Task Management: Insights Section


We’ve added a brand-new Insights section that gives you a clear, visual overview of your Task Management initiatives. You can now explore a new dashboard with interactive charts and infographics that help you track the progress and status of all initiatives at a glance.

Enhanced Recruitment Stages: New Tools & Layout


We've restructured the recruitment stage view into four distinct sections to give you expanded capabilities for managing candidate interactions:


  • Associate Assignments: You can now request specific feedback from assigned associates, include custom text instructions, and attach relevant files directly within the assignment.
  • Meetings: Schedule and manage meetings with candidates and associates.
  • Surveys & Tests: Manually send surveys and tests to candidates on demand, selecting the specific type and template as needed.
What's New on Mobile

Track Time Off Approvals from the Spark Mobile App Home Page


The Time Off widget now shows the full approval status right on the home page — see who’s approved and who’s pending without leaving the app.

News feed improvements for light and dark modes


We’ve improved the news feed in both light and dark modes for a smoother, more consistent experience. More updates coming soon!

Hiring Managers Can Progress Candidates Through Recruitment Stages


From now on, Hiring Managers will be able to progress candidates through the recruitment stages. This enhancement enables them to advance candidates to the next step in the hiring pipeline, making their involvement in the recruitment process more efficient.

STAFF

Enhanced On/Offboarding Tasks with Surveys


You can now incorporate surveys directly into your onboarding and offboarding tasks — a new way to gather feedback. We've introduced "Survey" as a new task type, allowing you to easily add a survey to any task list by selecting a pre-existing survey template. We've also improved the task management experience by replacing the old popups with an interactive sidebar. This new sidebar shows task details, including survey links.

Employee Profiles: Easily Manage Working Weeks


We've made it simpler to manage individual employee schedules! Users with the necessary edit permissions can now assign and update working week templates directly from each employee’s profile.

Time Off Management Enhancements


We’ve added new controls to improve time off management. These include separate minimum and maximum future date limits for employee requests and manager-reported time off, a past date limit for reporting time off, and a new field to define the maximum number of days allowed per request.

Introducing Initiative Statuses 


You can now see the status of each initiative at a glance. This gives you a clear, real-time view of progress, enabling you to manage and prioritize tasks more effectively.
