Establishing Knowledge Areas

Within this section, you have the tools to tailor and optimize your training and development initiatives, ensuring they align with your organization's specific needs and objectives.

The knowledge areas are classified and have their own respective sub-areas, which help organize and focus on specific aspects or topics within that broader field of knowledge.

To add a new area of knowledge:


  1. Navigate to Settings⚙ and open the Training Management → Areas of knowledge section.
  2. Click the + Add button.
  3. Enter the name of the knowledge domain.
  4. Click either Save or Cancel to keep the changes or discard them accordingly.

You can view and manage the knowledge domains you've added in the list. As for the corresponding sub-areas, they will appear in the list once you've created them within the Sub Areas section.

Tip: Please be aware that you cannot delete an Area of Knowledge or a Sub-Area if they are assigned to each other.
