Reporting Progress of Initiatives


To report progress on an initiative, use the Report Progress button on the Initiatives page (Personal, My Team, Body, Organization, Shared Initiatives).
In the opened sidebar window, you will see the following information and options:
  • Initiative Title: The title of the initiative you are reporting progress on is displayed at the top for confirmation.
  • Linked Items: Shows the goals (e.g., Key Results) this initiative is linked to.
  • Total Check-ins: Тhe total number of progress reports submitted for this initiative.
  • Last Update: Shows the date of the last progress report.
  • Due Date: The target completion date for the initiative.
  • Priority: The assigned priority of the initiative 
  • In the New Check-in section:
  • Enter your latest value in the input field. Use the Current indicator at the top right as a reference for your last recorded position.
  • Compare your input against the Start, Expected, and Target values displayed below to see if you are meeting the project goals.
  • Select a status (Behind, Low Chance, or On Track) to describe the health of the initiative.
    • Behind: Indicates the initiative is not on track to meet its due date or target.
    • Low Chance: Indicates the initiative is unlikely to meet its due date or target.
    • On Track: Indicates the initiative is progressing as planned and is likely to meet its due date and target.
Report: Click this button to submit your update.
In the Initiative Progress section:
  • Track your performance over time.
  • Compare actual Check-ins (light blue) with Expected progress (dark blue) on the chart.
  • Use Start and Target stats to stay on track toward your goal.

TipNot Completed status indicates that no progress data has been recorded for the initiative yet (0%) or a final progress report has not been submitted.


Submitting regular check-ins ensures that your progress is accurately reflected in the system, allowing for data-driven decisions and clear alignment across the entire organization.
