To install the Spark extension on your Chrome:
- open the Chrome Web Store and search for Spark plugin
- once the plugin is added click on the extensions icon near address bar and pin Spark

- Make sure you are logged in to your LinkedIn account
- Navigate to applicant's LinkedIn page
- Click on Spark extension and login using Spark login credentials
- Once you are logged in you will see a button to add the applicant's LinkedIn profile to your Spark applicants' base
