To install the Spark extension on your Chrome:

1. open the Chrome Web Store and search for Spark plugin
2. once the plugin is added click on the extensions icon near address bar and pin Spark

1. Make sure you are logged in to your LinkedIn account
2. Navigate to applicant's LinkedIn page
3. Click on Spark extension and login using Spark login credentials
4. Once you are logged in you will see a button to add the applicant's LinkedIn profile to your Spark applicants' base
